DUI and Substance Evaluations
Online DUI, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Evaluations are for those required to complete an evaluation for a DUI, alcohol, drug or substance offense. The purpose of an evaluation is to evaluate alcohol or substance problems that may require education or treatment. These evaluations also meet some state requirements for License Reinstatement.
If enrolling for an Evaluation DO NOT enroll in any other classes until your evaluation is completed and a recommendation is made.
Online Evaluation Requirements: You will need access to the internet and a video camera device on your phone, tablet or computer. We require discovery documents from your attorney containing your arrest record. We require written authorization to release your report to others.
